Join us for a dynamic and engaging educational session led by Clair Anderson and Cathy Wind, designed to empower and inspire dancers of all ages!

Older Dancers:
In a Leadership and Team Cohesiveness Workshop, older dancers will focus on discovering and understanding their own unique leadership styles and strengths. Through interactive activities, they’ll learn how to build stronger, more unified teams and develop essential communication strategies to handle challenges smoothly. This workshop will provide valuable tools to enhance collaboration and leadership skills on and off the dance floor.

Younger Dancers:
Younger dancers will participate in a Heart Safe, Body Healthy Workshop designed to nurture both their physical and emotional well-being. They’ll explore simple, practical ways to promote mental wellness for themselves and others. Additionally, they’ll learn the importance of staying energized and healthy through proper nutrition and self-care—skills that support their passion for dance and other favorite activities.

This session is a perfect opportunity for dancers to grow, connect, and equip themselves with knowledge to thrive in every aspect of their performance and personal life!

Service Project

Kristin Faber, Administrative and Communications Coordinator at Vail House in St. Paul, will lead this year's service initiative. For the Milwaukee event, our dancers will create fleece tie blankets and tug toys to comfort and enrich the lives of dogs and cats in need. These handmade items will be donated to Rescue Gang, an organization focused on rescuing and rehoming animals. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our furry friends!
